Policy

‍1. Introduction‍

This Refund Policy ("Policy") governs the conditions under which Bramhapriya World School ("BWS," "we," "our," or "us") processes refund requests related to the payment of fees. By making a payment to BWS, you ("User," "Parent," or "Guardian") acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Policy.

BWS reserves the right to update, modify, or amend this Policy at any time, with or without prior notice, and any changes will be posted on our website.

2. Non-Refundable Registration Fee‍

BWS charges a non-refundable registration fee of ₹1000 to initiate the admission process. This registration is mandatory before proceeding with the admission process.

Under no circumstances will the registration fee be refunded, including but not limited to:

• Withdrawal of admission application by the parent/guardian.
• Failure to complete the admission process after registration.
• Rejection of admission due to non-fulfillment of eligibility criteria.
• Any delay or change in the parent/guardian's decision regarding admission.

3. Excess or Duplicate Payment Refunds‍

If a parent/guardian makes an excess or duplicate payment, they must contact the school's accounts department via email at accounts@bramhapriyaworldschool.com within 30 days from the date of transaction.

Refunds for excess or duplicate payments will be processed after verification and within 30 days of receiving the written request. The following deductions may apply:

• Payment gateway processing/convenience charges.
• Any applicable statutory charges imposed by government authorities.
• Transaction processing charges deducted by the online payment gateway.

4. Payment Gateway and Processing Charges‍

All payments made through an online payment gateway are subject to processing/convenience charges, which are non-refundable. Any refund initiated will be net of these charges.

5. Refund Procedure‍

To request a refund, parents/guardians must:

1. Email a written refund request to accounts@bramhapriyaworldschool.com with the following details:
   
   • Name of the student
   • Parent/guardian contact details
   • Payment reference number and transaction details
   • Reason for the refund request
2. The accounts department will review and verify the request.
3. Approved refunds will be processed within 30 working days and credited to the original mode of payment.

6. No Interest on Refunds‍

No interest will be paid on any refunded amount, regardless of the reason for the refund.

7. Changes to this Refund Policy‍

BWS reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The updated policy will be posted on our website and will be applicable from the date of publication.
